Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Bitrokit including software (digital products) and physical hardware products.

1. Digital Products (Software Licenses / Activation Keys)

​

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the license key has been revealed, delivered, or activated.

​

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

The activation key has been used or activated

The software has been registered to an account

The product has been downloaded or accessed

The customer purchased by mistake, changed mind, or system incompatibility

The customer did not check requirements before purchase

We strongly encourage customers to use the official trial version provided by the software publisher before purchasing.

 

Eligible Refund Situations (Digital Products) A refund may be approved only if:

The key has not been used

The key cannot be activated due to a verifiable issue

The wrong product was delivered

We reserve the right to verify key usage status with the publisher before approval.

Technical Support Responsibility

Bitrokit provides support for:

Installation guidance

Activation assistance

Basic troubleshooting related to delivery or activation

For advanced technical issues, performance issues, feature limitations, or software bugs, support is handled directly by the software publisher/company.

 

2. Physical Hardware Products

​

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused

In original packaging

With all accessories and tags

In resellable condition

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged / Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect

Contact us immediately with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Used software keys

Activated digital licenses

Opened or used hardware items (unless defective)

Items returned without authorization

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different product:

Return the eligible item

Place a new order

​

5. Refund Processing

​

After receiving and inspecting the return:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Banks/payment providers may take additional processing time
